In 2009, combined with own development strategy, the Group eagerly worked in with Dezhou municipal strategic planning of "South fusion North connection", and invested and constructed Shandong Gaishi Guanwei International Logistics Park in Qihe County, Dezhou City. The project’s total investment was 6.7 billion yuan, planning usage area of 5,000 mu, total construction area of 2.7 million square meters. The logistic park focused on creating a modern, ecological, information comprehensive international logistics center that was set warehousing, transportation, distribution, processing, packaging, information and other logistics industry chain services, and real estate development, trade and other functions as one.
Currently, Gashi Guanwei Park has built high-standard warehousing, office and ancillary service facilities nearly 500,000 square meters, introduced of Jingdong Mall, HSTYLE, COSCO and other hundreds of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, transportation network covering the whole country. The park takes e-commerce as the leading industry and integrates e-commerce with modern logistics to form a new advantage of coordinated development of logistics industry and electricity business, commerce and finance.
